Technical assignment (TA) for basic Odoo setup
 1. General requirements
Configure the Odoo system for automating business processes related to customer management, sales, leads, inventory, purchasing, discount groups, and employee tasks.

2. Modules and functionality
2.1. Customer and lead management
- Install and configure the CRM module.
- Set up lead statuses (new, in progress, successful, rejected).
- Automatic lead creation upon receiving a request from the web form.
- Linking leads to sales managers.
- History of interactions with customers (calls, emails, meetings).
- Setting up integration with email and telephony (if API is available).

2.2. Sales and order accounting
- Install and configure the Sales module.
- Create commercial offers and send them to customers.
- Convert commercial offers into orders.
- Set up order statuses (new, in processing, confirmed, closed, canceled).
- Connect the payment accounting system.
- Set up sales reports.

2.3. Inventory accounting
- Install and configure the Inventory module.
- Create warehouse structure (main, backup, virtual).
- Set up inventory statuses (available, reserved, incoming, shipped).
- Accounting for serial numbers and batches of goods.
- Integration with sales and purchases for automatic inventory updates.
- Generate reports on goods movement.

2.4. Purchasing
- Install and configure the Purchase module.
- Create purchase requests.
- Link purchases to suppliers.
- Set up automatic request generation when inventory decreases.
- Purchase history and cost analysis.

2.5. Discount groups for customers and partners
- Install the Pricing module.
- Set up customer groups (VIP, standard, wholesale, partners).
- Configure individual discounts and price lists for different groups.
- Automatic application of discounts during order placement.
- Integration with the sales module for correct price display.

2.6. Task management for colleagues
- Install and configure the Project module.
- Create tasks and projects with the ability to assign performers.
- Manage task statuses (pending, in progress, completed).
- Connect calendar and reminders for task deadlines.
- Keep track of working hours on tasks.

3. Integration and settings
- Set up users and their roles (administrator, manager, accountant, warehouse employee, etc.).
- Set up notifications for employees about new tasks, orders, purchases.
- Integration with email for sending offers and notifications to customers.
- Import existing customer and product database (if available).
- Instructions for employees on how to work with the system.

4. Additional requirements
- Possibility for further functional expansion.
- Interface optimization for employee convenience.
