Today we logged into Facebook and found that we cannot promote posts.
The account is fine in terms of quality, but the emails just go for verification and then it says that there are restrictions on the account.
What could this be? A new type of block?
We created a second advertising account - it shows the same thing.

I will check Meta's restrictions across the entire chain: user profile, page, ad account, Business Manager, payment method, domain, posts, and the reason why the promotion goes for review and receives a restriction.
Have the restrictions been checked separately in Account Quality not only for the ad account but also for the Facebook Page, Business Manager, admin user, and domain?
