We need to develop a bot for interacting with the BitSkins website. The main functions of the bot include working with the site's API, monitoring incoming items with subsequent purchases when they meet the specified parameters, sending notifications to Telegram about the results of purchases, and parsing the site tablevv.com for collecting and storing information.
Functionality Requirements
Working with the BitSkins API:
- Integration with the BitSkins API to perform the following operations:
- Monitoring incoming items on the site.
- Automatic purchase of items that meet the specified parameters (e.g., price, item type, quality, etc.).
- There should be a blacklist.
- Integration with the BitSkins API to perform the following operations:
Notifications in Telegram:
- Sending notifications to Telegram about the results of purchases:
- Successful purchase of an item.
- Unsuccessful purchase attempt.
- Ability to set filters for notifications (e.g., notify only about specific types of items).

Parsing the site tablevv.com:
- Development of a primitive parser to collect information from tables on the site tablevv.com. (1-2 times a day)
- The user independently sets parameters in the browser, and the parser collects names and prices from the first/second column of the table.
- Processing and storing the collected information in a convenient format for further use.
Implementation Requirements
- The bot must be implemented using Python.
