Python bot: in Telegram, with Google Docs, audio transcription
Goal: a chatbot in Python. It should ask the user a series of approximately 5 questions in Telegram.
For each response, a confirmation is given: “Thank you for your answer, very interesting. What was in the case of …” - confirmation and clarifying questions are taken from the chat with GPT based on our prompt and previous user responses.
The prompt should be taken from a specific document so that we can edit it ourselves.
All responses should be recorded in Google Sheets. Based on certain triggers, the bot sends a request for help to another chat where a live recruiter is present. They will help the bot provide an answer or ask a question. It is desirable that once a week, all these questions are collected in one place and, using GPT based on the first prompt, the questions from seekers, and the recruiter's responses, we refine our prompt.
The language of communication is almost always Ukrainian. But sometimes Russian.
Sometimes users will send audio, so transcription is needed.
