пользователь отправляет пост(посты) с информацией под ним
например цена в валюте 10$, бот должен понять что 10$ это цена(валюта может быть любая, вплоть до юаня)
эту цену надо пересчитать,
пользователь бота заливает в канал посты (столько сколько хочет),
потом дает команду и указывает курс, например 38грн, и отправляет в канал с ботом
бот пересчитывает цену в валюте на курс, дописывает валюту указанную при команде, если грн, то грн, если евро, то евро, если леи, то леи...
БОТ удаляет отправленные ранее посты, заменяя на те что с пересчетом, или заменяет инфо в тех что отправленны пользователем
пользователя все устраивает он дает команду отправить в канал, тот который пользователь указал БОТу -
при этом, если в сообщениях пользователя ест анимирование эмоджи, они должны сохранятся, бот меняет только цену и валюту
