I tried writing the code myself, but it’s better to delegate to a contractor, as the parser and other components are available.
Nothing special is needed; it is made for a production environment where two people work, a manager and a warehouse worker.

- Accept data from the client in any format.
- Reliably recognize (parse) full name, phone number, city, and department using intelligent text analysis.
- Ask clarifying questions to the client interactively via buttons (for example, about delivery payment).

To fully implement, the final and most important step remains: integration with the official API of "Nova Poshta" for direct creation of TTH (waybill). I have reached the stage where, for further work and testing, an API key is needed, which is generated exclusively in the client's "Nova Poshta" business cabinet.
Regarding the technical side, all logic is built on the modern automation platform n8n. For its stable operation and 24/7 availability, it can be hosted on a cloud hosting service, such as Railway.app. The estimated cost of maintaining the bot for your volume of orders will be about $5 per month.
Considering that most of the logic has already been implemented, we are very close to completion.
