Bybit WebSocket (derivatives): asyncio + resilient reconnections, heartbeat/ping, exponential backoff. Daily turnover filter (threshold from .env, default 5,000,000). Bootstrap volume via REST, then support via WS.

Candles and signals: normalization of OHLCV (1m/5m/15m as needed), in-memory buffering + optionally SQLite. I will connect your compute_signal from signal.py (strict compliance with the interface: arrays/Series open, high, low, close, volume). I will provide a "cold start" on historical data.

Sending to Telegram: bot token from .env, determining chat_id via get_chat_id.py. Message templates (MarkdownV2), deduplication of signals, throttling, grouping during bursts.
