CAD model of a character for production (silicone mold) — there are references

We are looking for a CAD specialist for our character Bibo — a children's talking flash cards reader-dinosaur in a silicone casing (photo references attached). A similar product is here on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F5Q4Z3YW
What is needed:
- Create a 3D model of the character based on our reference photos (8 angles attached).
- Consider our comments and the factory's technical requirements (we will provide separately).
- Prepare the model for silicone mold production (parting lines, draft angles, wall thicknesses).
- Integrate the "filling" — the internal part with electronics (I will provide a ready file
.STPfrom our side). - Deliver the final file in STEP format for molding.
