Part №3
This should be a website where I will post possible loading days and the number of cars! Interface from the carrier's side: The logistics manager enters the site, selects "Loading with Bioethanol," and in front of him, a calendar opens with green days available for loading, orange days that are busy, and red days where unloading does not take place. After that, he opens the days, checks the days he plans for the car, clicks next, where a template application opens for each loading place, and he fills it out. He is given 4 hours for filling out applications and places for 4 hours are reserved for him. After the registration, the place is confirmed. Also, to prevent anyone from entering, access to booking places will only be given to carriers who have a contract. Those who have it will be added manually, and all new ones must go through registration and contract signing.
There should also be a tab for the warehouse manager where he can virtually build a queue for the loading day, enter loading data, and make notes (if there were loading issues). When the cars are being loaded, the responsible person clicks a button, a window pops up with loading sections according to the application, he loads them by entering actual loading process data, and then this data goes to another tab where the entire loading register is formed. Each carrier will have their own personal account and will see all their cars in one tab, in case they need to cancel, remove, or reschedule to another available date. Also, after the actual loading of the car, he should be notified if there are any remarks, which will be marked by my warehouse employee. The car and warehouse must have the following statuses: 1. In the queue for loading 2. Loading 3. Awaiting documents 4. Loaded. There should also be the possibility for the warehouse to make notes or inquiries that will be next to each car. For example, if a car in the application is supposed to be loaded with 31,000 liters but only 30,500 were loaded, the warehouse employee should make a note that 500 liters were not loaded into the car for some reason. There should also be the right to amend the car application because the driver may get sick, change the car, etc.
