1. The user can have multiple delivery addresses. If possible, the bot's functionality should allow the user to choose one of several previously used addresses. The user should also be offered to place another order.
2. The user needs to be informed if they have not completed the order placement process. Notification one hour after the start of the order placement. Based on the notification, the user is offered to complete the order placement or cancel the order.
3. If the platform allows, the user should have the option to send necessary documents in the chatbot (extract, license) - this is not a mandatory option.
4. I need to have the ability to quickly temporarily disable product items and accordingly enable them again.
