… - There is a so-called "24-hour rule": after the last message from the user, you have a day for free communication. After that — only using special templates or when the user writes first again.

To implement such interactions, I usually use the Manychat platform, as it is officially certified by Meta and allows convenient management of logic for both messengers in one place. If more complex logic is needed (integration with CRM, Google Sheets, Notion), it can easily connect to other services like Make or n8n.

Technically, implementing the connection is not a problem. Much more important is something else. You say, "the task is simple," but it is precisely in this simplicity that the future efficiency of the bot lies.
