Добрый день. Мы ищем исполнителя по задаче "Разработка несложного текстового чат-бота для Службы поддержки".
Задача: создания несложного текстового чат-бота Службы поддержки с несколькими сценариями.
Интегрировать сервис текстового чат-бота в WordPress.
Порядок выполнения задачи: Удаленный исполнитель ставит на наш сервер, далее тестируем вместе по цепочкам (их немного)
В цепочках два уровня:
1) выбор вида обращения:
- методическая поддержка
- техническая
- регистрация пользователя
- актуализация информации
2) в зависимости от вида обращения - далее идет выбор тематики
- тематики различные
3) дальше у пользователя принимают текстовое сообщение и отправляют заявку в OTRS
4) пользователь может начать сразу с тематики и если она определена верно, то сразу перейти к вводу сообщения.
Предпоследний этап перед отправкой сообщения в систему OTRS клиента, будет возможность найти ответ на вопрос пользователя из уже готовой базы.

Поиск в базе часто задаваемых вопросов может быть осуществлён встроенными средствами, например путём отправки POST-запроса на API
Получается, что вся работа с базой по поиску сводится к отправке запроса на существующее API, получение ответа и отображение списка в готовом формате HTML из него пользователю
