Chat manager / lead processing from social networks and OLX
Schedule: Part-time (1–3 hours total per day), remote. Saturday and Sunday - mandatory working days, floating days off during the week by agreement.
Shift mode: from 09:00 to 20:00 (Kyiv time) you are available and respond promptly to incoming requests from direct messages/comments/lead forms (responses within 5–10 minutes). 1–3 hours is the actual total time spent on correspondence/reporting during the day when requests come in "waves". Outside the window of 09:00–20:00, responses are not mandatory, but if you have the opportunity to respond to requests during this time, you can record the time spent on these responses in the daily report — and additional time will be paid.
Payment: hourly according to the report
Responsibilities:
Processing incoming requests (leads): send information to contacts from lead forms on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok using a prepared script via Telegram/Viber;
Working with social media: respond to messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, OLX, Youtube.
Working with Google Sheets: record the status of each request (response, photo sent, need for a call)
Reporting: daily note the number of processed requests and time spent.
Requirements:
Fluent and literate Ukrainian; polite and structured written communication.
Experience in moderating chats or social media is desirable, but the main thing is the willingness to work and learn.
Access to stable internet from a phone or computer, skills in using Telegram, Viber, Google Sheets.
Ability to quickly navigate scripts, respond according to the algorithm.
