Чатбот для регистрации чеков

в магазинах будет продукция с кодом на упаковке. люди покупают продукцию, открывают чатбота и регистрируют код с упаковки через чатбот.
бот простой по логике - получить от пользователя инпут суммы потраченной на покупку (54 гривны), фото чека (загрузка картинки), поблагодарить и предложить зарегистрировать ещё чек.
полученные данные (имя, айди вайбера, сумму чека, фото чека) складывать в гугл таблицы (чтобы я потом мог отсортировать по сумме чеков).
я собрал драфт бота в конструкторе ботов (https://www.viber.com/activiabot - дебильный вайбер не открывает так линк, вот qr если что, сканируй телефоном - https://imgur.com/a/eYbkshK ), но у них у всех есть какие-то нюансы, так что наверное, лучше это закодить.
