Apartment 53 sqm, need to create a fairly accurate 3D model according to the technical specifications. Then draw the plans based on the example and template in the program.
Potentially interested in good visualization as well.

Requirements:
1. Archicad experience of at least 2 years, clean work, maximally without 2D lines and other non-automated elements. (everything should be on its own layers, in its own layer combinations, with the necessary ID for tables, not overloaded with morphs, etc..)
2. Knowledge of English is preferable.
3. Official payment via bank transfer in € or $ with an invoice issued to my company for payment.
4. Start work within 2-4 days.
5. Adherence to agreed deadlines. The duration of this work is 3-4 weeks.
