🔹 What should be on the plan:
- Six small pyramid-villas, each about 16 m², height about 4 m.
Symmetrically placed around the center. - One large pyramid-villa (open type), area about 55 m², height 7 m.
One side is open, inside there is a wellness bar and a space for group retreats/events. - Swimming pool — area 25–30 m², shape can be organic, located next to the large pyramid.
- Paths between buildings, made in a sandy style.
- Site coverage: the entire site is covered with sand, in Egyptian style (desert imitation).
- Landscaping: several palm trees and small green areas.
- Decor: Egyptian statues, sphinxes at the entrance and along the paths, creating an atmosphere.
- Indicate the entrance to the site, direction of north, scale, and legend (building labels).

- Everything in a unified Egyptian style, minimalist, but with an atmosphere of antiquity.
- Color palette: sandy, golden, stone tones.
