Поддерживаю сказанное выше Юрием. Если хотите получить полноценный план с кабельной разводкой и точками электроприборов - этот бюджет слишком мал.
Также советую не ограничиваться исполнителями, которые работают в Компасе. Компас отлично импортирует файлы dwg. Та что в том же Автокаде можно смело все сделать и получить нужный результат.
