Technical AssignmentDevelopment of a Design Concept for a 48 m² TrailerWe are looking for a creative designer to develop a new interior and exterior concept for a 48 m² trailer.The main task is to not refine the existing design, but to completely rethink the concept and propose a modern, aesthetic, and functional solution.The following will be provided for the work: architectural drawings and dimensions of the trailer; the current design project, which was not accepted by the client (provided solely for understanding what result should be avoided); a selection of references and images reflecting the desired style, atmosphere, materials, and overall design direction.The client has already had an unsuccessful experience collaborating with previous designers: the proposed concept looked too simple and visually resembled a bathhouse or sauna, which did not meet the client's expectations. Therefore, it is important to propose a fresh, original, and more premium concept with a strong visual idea.At this stage, only conceptual design development is required. Working documentation, technical drawings, nodes, and detailing are not needed.

To start, I would like to commission a pilot project. The design is highly specific and structurally demanding – I need professional engineering verification and the preparation of production files for an external CNC factory. Here are the technical assumptions for the under-stair closet I am building: Space: A niche with a width of approx. 374 cm, height of 254 cm, and an unusual depth of exactly 100 cm. Movement concept: The closet consists of 5 independent, full-size modules (boxes) that slide completely out of the niche into the hallway. The tops of the modules are cut at an angle to match the staircase. Mechanics and load distribution: At a depth of 100 cm, a fully loaded box will be extremely heavy. Therefore, I want to use a "container" logic: 100% of the weight of each module must rest on bottom-mounted, heavy-duty polyurethane wheels hidden behind a plinth. The side drawer runners must not carry any weight – they are to be used strictly to stabilize the sliding track. Material: The entire structure will be made of plywood (I am tentatively assuming an 18 mm thickness for the frames, module bodies, and structural shelves to ensure absolute rigidity). What I need as part of this commission: 1. Engineering verification of the concept (confirming material thickness, determining necessary assembly clearances between modules). 2. Selection of appropriate hardware (specific models of heavy-duty wheels and suitably long stabilizing runners). 3. Generation of assembly drawings (for my installation process). 4.
