Good day! Our Joomla website has been hacked. Initially, the attackers defaced it (wrote "Hacked by Antonkill"). After attempts to clean it ourselves, the hackers returned and installed a malicious script: now, when accessing the site, a foreign blurry screen with a fake captcha (phishing/redirect) is displayed. The hosting provider constantly sends notifications about infected files.What needs to be done: A complete audit and cleaning of all website files and the database from viruses, shells, phishing scripts, and backdoors. Finding and eliminating the vulnerability that led to the hack (updating Joomla, plugins, closing holes). Checking the database for hidden administrators created by hackers. Setting up basic website protection (configuring .htaccess, restricting folder permissions, installing security components like RSFirewall or equivalents). Removing the site from antivirus/search engine blacklists, if it has been listed.Please contact specialists who have real experience with Joomla security. Consultations and training on Claude We need a specialist who regularly works with Claude (chat, API, Claude Code, Cowork, etc.) and is well-versed in: the differences between pricing plans (Free, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise) and API capabilities; the functionality of various tools (projects, memory, connectors to Google Drive/Slack, Claude for Excel/PowerPoint/Chrome, etc.); usage limits, file handling specifics, and differences between models. Tasks: analyze our needs and recommend the optimal pricing plan for the company; help set up the workspace for our tasks. Block 2. Protecting the corporate Google Workspace account Situation: the company has 3 directors with equal access to a shared corporate Google Workspace (including corporate Google Drive, where confidential data is stored). It is necessary to set up a system where: none of the three directors can unilaterally change the account password or restrict access for the other two; any change of password or access rights requires confirmation from at least one other director. Tasks: propose technical options for implementation; assist in implementing the chosen solution.
