CI/CD set up for React Native Application (TestFlight, Play Console)

We are a SaaS Product Design studio and we are now in the process of developing a new mobile (iOS/Android) app with React Native.
We are looking for help with CI/CD setup to:
- Automatically build & upload iOS app to TestFlight when a pull request when it merged into the main branch
- Automatically build & upload Android app to PlayConsole when a pull request is merged into the main branch
- Separate environments:
- Local → load `.env.dev`
- TestFlight/PlayConsole → load `.env.dev`
- AppStore/GoolgePlay → load `.env.prod`
The repository is hosted on GitHub.
Preferably we would like to build CI/CD using:
- GitHub Actions
- Fastlane
But we are open to suggestions of a better way.
