Client Onboarding automation Sendpulse and Telegram BOT API

I am offering a few tasks for automation for my telegram business in USA.
I would like to use the SENDPULSE.com app + Telegram BOT API (in Python) to onboard clients, communicate, and send sms/messages and PDF documents.
PLEASE: I will consider only candidates who are good in sendpulse and Python bot API creation.
All technical materials are written and attached, no silly questions from candidates. ONLY serious candidates.
I must have full access/ownership to all codes and sendpulse.com flowcharts at the end to control the process.
I am open to discussing any higher level of optimization and will offer other tasks in the future.
The project deadline is 23 Jan and the budget is ~ $200/300. (It depends on how many tasks are completed)
