Code a scraper

Code a program that can scrape and timestamp odds from both betdaq and smarkets.

I will provide the URL to the program and state the time interval that the odds need to be recorded. Odds must be scraped, timestamped and recorded in the stated time intervals.

I must be able to start and stop the scraping process. There will be multiple scraping processes running concurrently and the output will be Excel files.

Probably the easiest to use the APIs provided by betdaq and smarkets, but I leave that to you.
