2 e-commerce projects (Shopify)
Niche: gifts
There is a large customer base (mainly phone numbers)
There is also an email database, but it is smaller
Klaviyo is partially used

Review our current settings
Conduct an audit of the email flow in Klaviyo
Provide recommendations for improvement
Suggest ideas for SMS / messenger marketing
Answer questions during a short call
