I need to set up effective targeted advertising on Instagram and Facebook to recruit a High Heels dance group in Kyiv. My goal is to attract girls who want to start dancing from scratch or have minimal experience. I am also looking for a specialist who can help with creating advertising creatives (posters, stories, banners) if needed. I am looking for a professional who will analyze my situation, identify the target audience, and set up advertising that will bring in real applications. A successful outcome will be recruiting a full group for classes and receiving quality applications from my target audience.

Creative Designer (Traffic Arbitration) We are looking for a designer who can create attention-grabbing advertising creatives that deliver results. What needs to be done: Create static advertising banners for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Adapt creatives for different formats and placements. About the Project I'm an IELTS expert and educator with an established personal brand on Instagram, where I create educational content and help students prepare for the IELTS exam. Our primary audience is Russian-speaking people living abroad, mainly in the UK, Canada, Australia and other English-speaking countries. Monthly advertising budget: approximately €2,000, with the possibility of increasing it if the campaigns perform well.What we're looking for We're not looking for someone who simply launches Facebook ads. We're looking for a strategic marketer who can take ownership of our paid acquisition funnel and help us make data-driven decisions throughout the launch. You will be responsible for: Developing the overall Meta Ads strategy leading up to the course launch.
