Customer Journey Map, Event
29 USDHello everyone. I have the following assignment, I can add more details later. This is a study project, inaccuracies and free interpretation are allowed, the style is also not critical, I can just send references. The main thing is to convey the idea and meaning of providing such a map for this event.
Customer Journey Map (family with a child)
Create a visually appealing and easy-to-understand map that helps parents with a child (6–12 years old) quickly navigate the event and understand how to spend 4–5 hours at the event. The map should evoke the feeling: “we know where to go with the child”
This is not an exact exhibition map, but a recommended route (customer journey).
The event takes place in two halls:
Halle 9 — lower left part
Halle 10 — upper right part
Brücke — connects Halle 9 and Halle 10
Eingang — entrance to Halle 9 (on the right)
Important:
maintain this geometry
Map Format
size: approximately A4 - slightly elongated
orientation: horizontal (slightly elongated)
adaptation for newsletter
lots of “white space”, do not overload
Style
light isometric / pseudo-3D style
soft colors
friendly, family-friendly visuals
neat labels
Map Logic
This is a route. The map should include:
8 stations (key points)
For each station:
number (1–8)
time
name
short description (1 line)
Route
clear line of movement
arrows from station to station
logical, sequential path
no crossings and confusion
Zones
Display only:
large zones (Kids Area, Stage, Food, Gaming, etc.)
no small booths
no overload with details
Illustrations
at some stations, you can add a child figure
the child interacts with an activity (playing, drawing, etc.)
not at all stations (3-4)
Visual Hierarchy
route (most important)
stations
buildings
decorative elements

Client's review of cooperation with Anna S.
Customer Journey Map, EventOverall, it was very comfortable to work with Anna. Communication was smooth, she responds quickly, and it was easy to find common ground throughout the process. There were a few minor issues in the end, but they seem fixable and likely would have been resolved with a bit more time for the task.

267 2 days29 USDHi Vira — I can turn this into a clear, family-friendly journey map that feels intuitive at first glance: where to enter, where to go next, and how to spend 4–5 hours with a child without getting lost. I’ll keep the route clean, the 8 stations easy to scan, and the hall geometry exact. Soft isometric visuals, plenty of white space, and 3–4 child interactions will make the map feel welcoming, not crowded. I create modern presentations and infographics in Canva and PowerPoint, so structuring complex information visually is my strength. I’d be glad to adapt 3 versions for newsletter use and refine it with your references.

136 1 day29 USDHello!
I really liked your task — it is not just a map, but actually a well-thought-out "family path," and I understand how important it is to make it as clear and calm as possible for parents.
I can already see how to implement this solution:
A clear route of 8 stations without intersections (a snake-like path from the entrance in Hall 9 to Hall 10 via the bridge)
— A visual emphasis on the line of movement, so that parents immediately understand "where to go next"
— A simple isometric map with plenty of space (without overloading with details)
— Large, clear zones: games, stage, creativity, food
… — 3–4 easy illustrations of children in action for engagement
