We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a support project.
SCOP OF WORK FOR ONE MONTH
Scope of work:
Answer incoming customer calls.
Respond to customer emails and text messages quickly, with direct, personalized replies and minimal use of templates.
Maintain CRM: log every contact, create a lead for each new contact, and add updates for every interaction.
Communicate with our specialists and coordinate internal handoffs.
Pass orders to the team and ensure all required details are captured.
Schedule appointments and confirm timing with customers.
Requirements:
Confident, fluent English communication (spoken and written).
Punctual, polite, and reliable.
Strong ability to read a customer’s mood and adjust tone accordingly.
Helpful, friendly, and customer-focused.
Project schedule and compensation:
Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT-6) - New York time zone.
Compensation: $800
