About the project and product: We are a Ukrainian brand of high-performance agro-stimulants and fertilizers BioLamino. Our target audience includes farmers, greenhouse owners, large gardeners, and summer residents. Sales are conducted through a landing page with a cart. We are successfully advertising on Facebook Ads and are now looking for an experienced TOP-level specialist to scale the business and launch new traffic channels: Google Ads (Search + Performance Max), YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.️ What is already fully set up on our side: You won’t have to work “blindly” or fix basic mistakes. We have a professional infrastructure ready: Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Pixel: Installed on the site and verified via API. All events (page_view, form_start, generate_lead, add_to_cart, purchase) are tracked flawlessly. CRM synchronization: All leads and sales data are automatically transmitted and consolidated in CRM in real-time. A/B testing: A split test is running on the site. The updated version of the site (Variant B) shows a conversion increase to lead of +72.5% compared to the baseline version. Marketing hooks and creatives: We have clear, validated pain points for creatives that yield excellent conversion (e.g., “Why do vegetables wilt in the heat?”, “Save the cucumber blossoms”, etc.). We will provide all source materials, texts, and prompts for generating visuals. Tasks for the performer: Google Ads: Gathering semantic core (agrochemicals, growth stimulants, fertilizers for cucumbers/tomatoes, etc.). Setting up search ads for hot keyword queries. Launching and optimizing the Performance Max campaign (product grid + retargeting). YouTube Ads: Setting up video format ads to attract interested farmers. TikTok Ads: Installing the TikTok pixel on our site. Setting up and launching lead generation and transition campaigns for ready vertical creatives (9:16 format). Analytics and control: Checking the correctness of UTM tag transmission for new sources (so we can see TikTok and Google in GA4 and CRM). Candidate requirements (Middle+ / Senior level): Experience in the E-commerce, product business, or agro sector (will be a significant advantage). Presence of successful cases in Google Ads and TikTok Ads with confirmed ROI/ROAS figures. Ability to work with ready retargeting audiences (we will provide databases from CRM). Fluent in Ukrainian for writing ads. Payment and project budget: Budget for setup, launch, and management of the first month (Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads): 26,500 ₴. Payment is made exclusively through the Safe freelance platform or by agreement. Upon successful start and first conversions — we move to ongoing monthly support and maintenance with a budget of 20,000 ₴ / month. The following tasks need to be completed:1. Prepare two advertising campaigns on Google Search (without launching) It is necessary to set up two separate advertising campaigns in two languages. You need to prepare: advertisements; headlines; descriptions; additional links (sitelinks) with descriptions; keywords based on search query statistics from Google Search Console for the site; negative keywords; all necessary settings for the most effective operation of the advertising campaigns.2. Set up conversions and analytics It is necessary to set up conversion tracking for user transitions from the main site to the personal account by clicking the “Order” button for further analytics. Also, it is necessary to set up other important events (conversions/triggers) that should be tracked for analyzing the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns.3. Check existing Google Ads settings (optional) Check the current settings of the Google Ads account, identify errors, and if necessary, delete or correct any incorrect parameters that were set up previously. This point is optional. If its cost is significant, we can perform it separately.Important Advertising campaigns do not need to be launched. It is only necessary to fully prepare all settings, conversions, and analytics so that we can later independently check and launch the campaigns.
