Direct Manager (Instagram / Facebook)
We are looking for a communicative Direct Manager to handle correspondence with clients of a cosmetology clinic on social networks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing communication with potential and existing clients on Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger to lead them to make an appointment.
- Responding to comments and inquiries about the clinic's services (prices, contraindications, effects of procedures, schedule).
- Scheduling clients for procedures through CRM – Beauty PRO.
- Coordinating with the administrator or cosmetologist if necessary.
- Maintaining simple reporting.
Conditions:
• Work format: remote.
• Schedule: 2/2 (with the possibility of substitution or additional days by agreement).
• Active hours: 10:00-20:00 (must respond promptly during this period).
• Workload: small, usually up to 8-10 conversations per day (up to 15 on peak days).
• Work tools: Meta Business Suite and Manychat, CRM (Beauty PRO), Google Sheets (short reporting).
Our expectations:
• Competent written Ukrainian language.
• Responsibility, quick response, customer-oriented approach.
• Understanding or interest in the topic of cosmetology / beauty sphere.
• Experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage.
Payment:
• By agreement (fixed rate + bonuses for new clients).
• Payments every 2 weeks.
