Direct-Manager (Instagram / Facebook)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential and existing clients on Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger, as well as respond to comments.
• Answer clients' questions regarding clinic services (prices, contraindications, procedure effects, schedule).
• Ensure polite, expert, and persuasive communication to lead potential clients to make an appointment.
• Schedule clients for procedures through CRM – Beauty PRO.
• Work with saved responses and standard scripts, adapting them as needed to specific situations or clarifying details with the administrator or relevant specialist.
• Use Meta Business Suite and Manychat, CRM (Beauty PRO), Google Sheets (short reports).

Conditions:

• Work format: remote.
• Duration: 10 days (29.07.2025, 31.07.2025, 01.08.2025, 02.08.2025, 05.08.2025, 06.08.2025, 09.08.2025, 10.08.2025, 13.08.2025, 14.08.2025).
• Active hours: 10:00-20:00 (must respond promptly during this period).
• Workload: Usually 10 conversations per day (more during peak days).
• Tools for work: Meta Business Suite and Manychat, CRM (Beauty PRO), Google Sheets (short reports).
• Materials for work: scripts and ready responses about services; service descriptions on the website; work instructions.

Expected results:

• Conducted conversations in Meta Business Suite and Manychat on selected days.
• Filled out daily reports in Google Sheets.

Payment:

• Rate: 500 UAH / day;
• Bonus (for new clients): 5 new clients – 500 UAH; 10 new clients – 1500 UAH; 15 new clients – 2500 UAH;
• Payment upon project completion, after submitting the report, via "Safe".
