We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher/Team Coordinator to join our fully remote marketing agency. In this role, you will manage and oversee our remote team, scheduling and dispatching tasks to team members across various marketing projects. You will monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and provide support to the team as needed. As the central point of contact, you’ll facilitate clear communication between team members and management. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly updating spreadsheets, tracking key performance metrics, and providing detailed reports on team performance, project status, and any potential challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in remote team coordination, and proficiency in managing spreadsheets and reporting tools.
