We need to develop a double-sided A5 brochure for promoting motorcycle tours and bike rentals.
I am attaching:
a design example of the brochure (style, mood, layout)
a text file with a description (4 sections)

Each section is a separate tour that should be visually separated (headings, blocks, photos).
Design style
Refer to the attached example.
It is important to maintain the atmosphere.
Colors: natural, warm, volcanic, greenery, sandy shades
Do not make it corporate or too minimalist - this is a tourist adventure brochure.
Photos
Photos are in the attached file. Probably one per tour will be enough. But if there is space, several can be used. If you need photos in another quality, I will provide them.
Text
It is important to maintain readability and not overload the page.
File formats
I need the design in two versions:
1. Editable format (for Canva and similar programs)
So that we can update the information ourselves in the future.
Suitable formats:
Canva template
Or a file in PDF + separately the source in PPTX / AI / PSD / INDD, which can be uploaded to Canva
The text and main blocks should be editable, not "baked" into the image.
2. Print format
A final print-ready PDF is needed
This file will be used for printing.
