Hello!
I am looking for a designer to develop a remodeling plan and design concept for an apartment with an area of 95 m².
Technical assignment:
Currently, there is a lot of inefficient, empty space — the layout needs to be optimized.
We will keep 2 bathrooms.
Minimize the area of corridors as much as possible.
Style — modern minimalism with elements of neoclassicism.
Color scheme: definitely white + additional colors based on your suggestion.
It is preferable to include ceiling rectangular tracks (if this solution is relevant).
Please provide:
At least 3 layout options (main focus — convenience and functionality).
Basic visualizations in the selected style.
The apartment plan is attached.
