Technical assignment for the visualization of the loggia
A 3D visualization of the loggia needs to be created based on my dimensions and description.
This is not a complete design project with drawings, but a visual representation to understand the arrangement of materials, lighting, and furniture.
1. Initial data
Loggia:
Length: 6 meters
Depth: 136 cm
Ceiling height: 270 cm
Visually divided into 2 zones by a beam (beam on the ceiling)
There is a column in the middle (pass-through, does not block the passage, separates large glass)
Entrances:
From the room side without a door
From the kitchen side with a door
2. General concept
The space is divided into two zones:
1️⃣ Kitchen side chill/lounge zone
2️⃣ Room side working zone (table + shelves)
3. Finishing
Ceiling
Wooden seamless paneling with a chamfer, Ash wood
Slats along the entire length (6 meters)
Leave the beam as a visual divider,
resulting in 2 zones of approximately 270 + beam
(leave the beam as a divider)
Walls
The side walls are also in the same paneling
vertically.
The wall from the apartment side opposite the window—separate finishing (microcement or decorative plaster is possible)
Floor
Porcelain stoneware 120 by 60
Horizontal or vertical laying is still unknown
Color matte light beige
Kitchen zone (chill)
Small sofa 130 cm
Possible sconces on the sides
A pipe from the gas boiler runs along the wall from the kitchen (needs to be beautifully designed, decorative wooden cylindrical box)
2–4 sockets for electronics.
Room zone (working)
Compact office desk
Shelves from the desk up to the ceiling, also 2-4 sockets
Lighting (general idea)
Ceiling from glass 20 cm
LED backlighting with a black diffuser, embedding LED strip with profile into the paneling
From edge to edge, along the entire length of the paneling.
Also, 2 track blocks for 4-6 fixtures in each zone (one block for the kitchen zone and one block for the room zone)
Chill zone
Backlighting of the decorative wooden box hiding the gas boiler pipe (LED strip inside the box or directed soft light from above/below is possible).
Possible sconces on the sides of the sofa for additional local light and creating a soft atmosphere.
Working zone (from the room side)
Still unknown about the lighting)
I am doing the renovation myself, this project will help me remember where everything should be.
You don’t need to think here, everything has already been thought out, you just need to implement it for clarity so that it serves as my cheat sheet
