601 USD Good day! I am looking for a designer to develop a design project for an apartment.
Object: 4-room apartment, 75 m².
Style: Scandinavian (light tones, wood, functionality).
Project components: Technical drawings (visualization only for the bathroom and kitchen).
- Planning: Arrangement of furniture and appliances considering ergonomics (to ensure comfortable passageways).
- Electricity: Standard network 220V + Separate backup line: dedicated "critical" sockets (refrigerator, router, workspace, a pair of sockets in the rooms), which will be connected to the backup power system.
- Plumbing: Connection points in the kitchen and bathrooms.
- Lighting: Light scenarios and switch placements. More hidden lighting (LED strips), less massive chandeliers in the center of the room.
- Materials: Floor - laminate or vinyl (single contour throughout the apartment). Walls - painting.
Composition of the visual part (bathroom/kitchen):
- at least 3-4 angles for each room.
- Specification: a list of specific items (which paint, which tiles, which furniture used in the picture), so that it can be purchased in the store.
