It does not need to be done one to one. It is required to choose a responsive, lightweight, simple theme and adapt it to the colors of the previous design, as well as transfer the logos. Perhaps you can suggest a good plugin for setting up a beautiful cart (which should also be in the corporate style). All store pages (product category page, product page, cart, checkout, etc.) should be done in a single corporate style. The priority is speed, simplicity, and ease of use.
The header of the site should have a logo that reduces in size after scrolling. There should also be contact information and a "Call me back" button in the header.
