YouTube Thumbnail Design - Motivational Business Video

Good day!

We need to create a thumbnail based on a detailed technical specification.

The video will be on the topic of motivation in business for the Ukrainian-speaking population.

However, there is a desire to create a slightly clickbait cover so that viewers do not immediately see that this is just a motivational video,

but rather to give the impression that this video is about solving problems with energy, motivation, the secret of a businessman's success,

or the secret of productivity.

What needs to be done:

- Add a person and turn their gaze to the side, highlight them, and make a small edit so that the person stands out, but not all attention is on them

- Add a secret element and pixelate it in Photoshop so that viewers see the secret object but cannot fully understand what it is, while the blogger's reaction and text indicate that this will be the solution, additionally highlight and illuminate it brightly

- Add text in a 3D version, volumetric, bright, with highlighting, so that it reads well both from a desktop (i.e., large screen formats) and from a phone on YouTube - I expect verification from you, I will additionally check myself

- Add some background with elements related to business or motivation, slightly blur them so that they just add atmosphere to the cover but do not draw all the attention, while it is important that the background is not just gray

The idea is as follows: a person (i.e., the blogger) is looking at some secret object with an expression of surprise, it is slightly in the background because the secret object is in the foreground, it is something bright and interesting, you can use something golden, 3D or volumetric, but the object is pixelated, meaning it is not entirely clear what it is. The text should help the viewer understand that this secret object is the solution to their questions, the secret of success, some important thing that will definitely help.
