We are OLVI company - the manufacturer of Ortek massage mats.
We are launching a new product - the "Fish" Massage Half-Sphere, so we need packaging design development.
Type of packaging:
Kraft box + printed sleeve. We need the design specifically for the sleeve. The cut is attached.
On the front side, it is mandatory to provide a through cut in the shape of a quarter circle (or another option of your choice) -
- through the cut, part of the actual product should be visible, for example, the eye and mouth of the fish, the product will be positioned diagonally upwards.
- the cut should not cover important text;
- the cut should look like a thoughtful design solution, not an accidental technical hole;
- the cut is expected to be through both in the sleeve and in the box.
Estimated logic of panels:
The front side - main visual, name, key benefit, cut.
Side part / spine - logo, product name, short identifier.
Back side - description, benefits, usage instructions, care, labeling, QR, barcode (description is added separately, at the final stage of the layout)
Style:
clean, modern, friendly, childlike, yet expert.
Visual:
- It should be clear that the product is for feet;
- association with water, movement, play;
- lightness, care, safety;
- the product should look useful and high-quality, not just a toy;
- the design should be sufficiently "gift-like", as the product may be purchased as a useful gift for a child.

Technical requirements for the layout
Prepare the design considering printing:
- layout in scale 1:1;
- PANTONE color model;
- layout corresponding to the cut of the box;
- all important texts and logos - in the safe zone;
- the contour of the cut should be presented as a separate technical layer;
- cut lines, creases, folding, glue area - as separate layers;
- do not place important information at the folds and glue points;
- fonts should be converted to curves in the final file;
- raster images - no less than 300 dpi;
- prepare a separate working file and PDF for printing.
