У вас есть примерный алгоритм как можно их добавить?
Просто у меня идей нет. Можно попробовать сначала установить на пк эмулятор андроида, туда установить телеграмм, добавлять в контакты(если есть возможность у эмуляторов это делать) те номера, а дальше при помощи кликера реализовать рассылку приглашения. Но этот вариант какой-то слишком тредный. -
