Good afternoon, we need to duplicate our Polish website to a separate .eu domain and create translations into Czech and Slovak languages on this domain. The websites should be linked to each other - when selecting Polish on the .eu site, the user should be redirected to the .pl site. It is also important that the corresponding language version is displayed by default in each country. I am not sure what parameter determines this - user IP / browser language, or something else. Please advise how this aspect looks.
The website is built on WordPress using a template. The functionality includes only a lead form and a cookie bot.

We planned to do the translation through a plugin, but if other methods are recommended, we are open to considering them. If a plugin is still the choice, it is important to have the ability to manually adjust the translation in selected places.
The domain is already registered.
In the cooperation proposal, please indicate the final cost for the project right away, as well as whether there has been experience in setting up translations in this way and if additional budget is needed for the plugin.
Also, in the coming days, we plan to add two subpages. This does not need to be estimated, but we would like to do it later with the same performer.
