Add functionality to the firmware on ESP-32

To qualitatively add MQTT + frequency converters + master/slave on ESP32, it is necessary to determine: which MQTT broker and whether TLS is needed; the model/interface of the frequency converter (Modbus RTU/0–10V/other); how many ESP32 and what connection between them (ESP-NOW/Wi-Fi/UART/RS-485). After that, I will proceed step by step: MQTT → VFD driver → master/slave → scaling and tests. Acceptance criteria: stable telemetry in MQTT, control commands for the frequency converter, operation with multiple slaves with auto-recovery. Everything needs to be discussed in detail before starting the execution.
