Из вашего описания следует, что необходимо сделать второй баланс в ЛК пользователю, при этом если цена акции повышается, то процент от этого, в вашем примере это 2.5 руб., будет зачисляться на этот второй баланс. А если акция падает в цене, по логике вещей, эти 2.5 руб., будут списываться с основного баланса?

И пополнятся и списыватся будут только с второго баланса. Если баланс 0 и акция ушла в минус то баланс будет становится минусовым. например - 250руб и так до тех пор пока баланс не перекроет стоимость акции. Когда баланс станет - 500 руб. Акция "удалится"
