ACS is designed to control the process of sampling in automatic and remote mode, display information about the process progress on the operator's HMI, centralized storage in the database of technological parameters, emergency messages, and operator actions.
The sampler ACS provides: collection and processing of information from the video camera, sensors, and encoders. monitoring the condition of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems of the sampler and information storage; implementation of protections and blocking in case of abnormal and emergency situations; implementation of warning, technological, and emergency signaling, registration of parameters, events, and actions of the operational personnel, archive keeping; the ability to provide information to adjacent automated systems; the ability to receive information from adjacent automated systems; minimizing the human factor influence on the sampling process by applying automatic control of the sampler.
