About the store.
The task is to create a modern, beautiful, and convenient gift store for women with a focus on the audience of foreign men.
Initially, we will work on a dropshipping scheme (when we sell products from other companies on the site and provide them with contacts for delivery).
For a girl who registers on our site and joins the affiliate program (by making a request after registration), information about the cashback size (in %, and in money) that she will receive from us will be available, provided that she buys a gift in our store.
What needs to be finalized at this stage:
1. I want to receive an audit of the current state of the store
2. In the footer, add a contact phone number with information that calls are processed in Ukrainian/Russian, and messages, including in English, and indicate the working hours (daily from 09-00 to 22-00). Also, it is necessary to "revive" the messenger icons so that clicking on the icon opens the corresponding messenger and chat with our support service
3. Finalize the contacts section in the top menu https://lovegifts.com.ua/contacts/
Add a thematic picture and duplicate the contact information (the same as in the footer)
4. In the red banner on the main page ("we will find any product upon your request"), revive the contact button with us, offering messengers for communication. Also, I don't really like this banner, so if you suggest more appropriate options, it can be replaced
5. Finalize the registration and joining the affiliate program. For example, in the Ukrainian version, the "register" button is cut off. Make the process as convenient and understandable as possible (analyze what I have now and make it better if you have ideas)
6. In some sections, it will be necessary to replace the text information, I will write separately (for example, the "About Us" section)
7. When changing the language or currency (when the visitor is on the product page), it "throws" back to the main page. Make it so that they remain on the same page.
8. Information about the cashback size is available to registered users only on the main page, but is not displayed on the selected product page. Add this option.
9. Create a Pop-up to collect visitor data. Also, check if the subscription template in the footer works (and how)
10. Figure out and explain to me what system messages (including emails) the buyer or visitor receives during registration and at any other stages (product in the cart, order confirmation, completed order, etc.). Check the settings and connection to the mail service.
11. Check if sales boosters are implemented? That is, can I link products with some logic, recommending to buy other products when choosing one.
12. Optimize the website's performance, loading speed, cache settings, hosting, and other aspects that improve loading speed and correct operation
13. Provide general recommendations for the store, taking into account the aforementioned business model
Regarding other improvements and development ideas, I will tell you if we find common ground on the refinements of the first stage.
What I will pay attention to:
- The price for the comprehensive work of the first stage and, necessarily, the hourly calculation of refinements for each item.
- Comfort in communication. I am looking for not just performers, but partners. Professionals who will always recommend the best and most optimal option, even if my vision differs.
