Hello!
I have a son (10 years old) who wants to make animated videos; he has ideas for movies, series with characters, etc.
I would really like him to succeed - however, I do not have the time to help him. The only thing we have managed to do so far is to record for one of these ideas "Adventures in Africa: African Friendship":
- planned list of characters
- their characteristics (their story in a couple of phrases and some features - skills, etc.)
- plot of the first few episodes (main ideas/intrigues of the plots)
and that’s where it stopped.
So I need a person who knows how to create animation at a sufficient level - to
- make several episodes based on my son's ideas
- involve him in the creation
- ideally teach him how to create (or at least explain/show how it is done - and not complicate it too much, not creating the impression that it is something overly complex - but showing that it is within his reach)
The son is in Poland, in a small provincial town - so communication must be online/remote.

My son sculpts very well - it is his hobby - all the characters come out with some special emotional distinct character and with very well-developed fine details.

Син дуже добре ліпить - у нього це хоббі - все персонажі виходять з якимось особливим емоційним явним характером та з дуже проробленими мілкими деталями.

Насправді анімація це дуже складний процес!
Навчити вашого сина можна, але знадобиться багато часу та терпіння.
Головне щоб у процесі навчання у нього не зникло бажання цим займатись.
Ще корисно було б додати референси по анімації

Я це бачу, скоріше, як створення чогось максимально простого.
Як варіант - показати як знімати анімацію з персонажами, виліпленими з пластиліну.

clay animation це навіть складніше)
в анімації можна щось зациклити і воно на фоні буде рухатись, а clay animation вимагає руху в кожному кадрі!
Потрібно шукати ментора по місцю проживання, а краще записати на курси clay animation, але вирішувати вам!
