Application to the police regarding the hacking of the page
I was legally married to Nosov Dmytro Hermanovych since September 12, 2021.
From this marriage, we have a child, Nosov Danylo Dmytrovych, born on January 18, 2022.
At the beginning of autumn 2023, Nosov Dmytro Hermanovych asked me for my phone for his night shift, as his phone supposedly broke. He promised that he would not look at my correspondence on the phone, saying he would only watch YouTube. I agreed because I trusted him and gave him the phone.
On March 11, 2024, I went to my parents' house with the child and informed Nosov Dmytro Hermanovych that I was not satisfied with our relationship, as he abused alcohol and in autumn 2023, he raised his hand against me in front of our son, after which we had constant quarrels and our relationship deteriorated.
In May 2024, during his vacation, Nosov Dmytro Hermanovych came to see our son at my house and began to share information that he had no access to. I realized that he had hacked my personal page after he left, I deleted the external devices that had access to my Instagram page and to the page in Telegram. I did not collect evidence of this as I did not wish to contact the police.
After some time, I filed a lawsuit for divorce, the defendant sent a response to the divorce in which he agreed to the divorce but on his terms. Nosov Dmytro Hermanovych lied in court, claiming that during our cohabitation, I cheated on him with another man.
In the response for the court, which was written by Nosov Dmytro Hermanovych, I noticed 2 screenshots that were taken after I expressed my desire to divorce Nosov Dmytro Hermanovych and we were no longer living together at that time. These are screenshots from my personal correspondence on Instagram taken from a computer. The correspondence was created on March 28, 2024, when exactly Nosov took the screenshot is unknown to me. I stopped living with my ex-husband on March 11, on that date tickets were purchased from Kodima to Khmelnytskyi.
I deleted the page in Telegram, so I will not provide any information from it.
Instagram has a feature for collecting information about logins and logouts from all devices.
OnePlus8 is my current phone. Before that, there was a device with the agent: Linux; Android 13; IN2015 Build/RKQ1.211119.001; wv
iPhone6 is the phone of Nosova Tetiana Mykolayivna, the mother of my ex-husband. My phone broke, and she lent me her iPhone6 for a while in 2022. The logout from the Instagram account was made by me on June 25, 2022, at 12:11 AM
However, on July 3, 2023, at 9:40 PM, there was some kind of login to my page that I do not remember, I had long had another phone. Until July 3, 2023, all logins to my account were made by me.
A month later, on October 15, 2023, at 11:24 AM, there was a login from a computer that I did not make.
User agent: Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64.
Logins started from October 15, 2023, to March 31, 2024, more often in the middle of the night, the computer belonged to my ex-husband. We lived in Kodima, Odesa region.
There was also a device with the user agent:

I ask to find out on what date the 2 screenshots from my personal page were made and how my ex-husband gained access to my personal page. I suspect that he was collecting my personal information from October 2023 to March 31 (or May 19) 2024 in order to later use this information against me.

1) My ex-husband is a military man, and I do not want him to be imprisoned or have any serious problems. Can I, after the case goes to court, ask for moral compensation and a minimal sentence in the form of a fine?
2) How might this affect my husband as a military man, on his career?
3) After this incident, my name on the page changed, should I return the old name to avoid inaccuracies?
4) My ex-husband does not want to give me permission for the child to live with me. Will the existence of an investigation (or verdict) affect the opinion of guardianship?
5) I will send you a video, I want you to tell me whether it was legal to film it and whether it can be shown in the consideration of my case regarding the child's residence?
