Ставку зробив, але, чесно кажучи, мені незрозуміло що саме там незрозуміло...

я не розумію що це за лінія(виділена чевоним у закріпленому фото) це частина деталі чи це умовна лінія? І якщо це частина то що це за отвір(червона стрілка на фото)
Скинув варіанти деталі які мені приходять на думку?

Там все просто - там позначено, що є фаска 0,5 х 45.
А так як на кресленні лінії мають певну товщину, то вийшло, що там одна жирна лінія. а має бути дві.

якщо зверху все зрозуміло, то знизу - те саме ))

В зоні червоного показана передня стінка кромки. А розрив який Вас смутив створився із-за текстової частини. Треба було будувати виноску та виносити розмір за габарити деталі. По факту там повинна бути суцільна лінія.

В ідеалі там повинно бути 2 лінії можливо вони злились як і зверху.
