1. Receiving call data: Using the Binotel API to load call data from the last 5 minutes.
2. Call transcription: Using the Binotel API to obtain call recording files, which are transcribed using the OpenAI Whisper-3 service on the Replicate platform.
3. Recording data in Google Sheets: An array of data with call transcriptions is uploaded to Google Sheets using the Google Sheets API.
4. Notifications via Telegram: Call data is sent to users via a Telegram bot using the aiogram API.
