Personal account:Create the ability to create, edit, and delete a project. Specifically, we have a front end in the personal account, where a person can add, edit, and delete a project, our task is to record it in our table and link it to the user, as well as through the Trello API create a new board in the account with the name specified by the user.
Create the ability to create a task, namely adding it to our table, assigning it to the user, through the Trello API to the appropriate project (board) add the task to the Waiting status1 - display his available projects that he has added (we will add the task to this board)2 - a pop-up with the task number 1 above in which we add a new one3 - Task name that will also go to Trello4 - Task category, they are static and we simply pass them in the description or in a separate field5 - Task description that we pass as a description6 - Files that we upload to our Wordpress media and simply attach a link to them
Task analytics output1 - active tasks with the status In progress2 - tasks with the status Pending3 - Tasks with the status Completed4 - All tasks linked to the account5, 6 - list of all tasks where we display the name, status, and project of the task7 - a button that hides and shows tasks with the status Completed, when opened, tasks with the status Completed simply appear at the end of the task list, and the text changes to Hide completed tasks
In Trello, there is the possibility to embed a board via an iframe, we have a pop-up button that opens an iframe, it just needs to be done dynamically so that the link to the iframe contains a link to the project that opens it, it can be recorded in our database when created and then pulled
Set up webhooks from the Trello side, that is, each project (Trello boards) will have several statuses (columns)1- Pending2- In progress3- For approval4- Completed
And when we, for example, drag a task in Trello, the status in our database should change for the task.
Create a condition that based on the Pro Membership package (simply create fields in the database for each tariff, display it as a field for adding and managing the tariff, and then use it) so that from the admin panel, the number of active tasks is set and it works. The point is that if he has two tasks In progress, then there are two active ones, if 3 in progress then 3 active ones, and if the tariff specifies that only 2 active tasks are allowed, then he cannot add a new task in the section 2 above (display a notification that you have only N tasks, if you want more - upgrade your tariff in the settings.
Essentially, for a PHP specialist, this is an easy task, yes, you need to play around, but it remains to do all this dynamically and prepare the backend.
