Классика для mysql, просто lifetime конекта выходит, легко исправимо). А по поводу контактов, я полагаю, (возможно) не только в CMS дело, а и в таргетах на эти контакты, тоже поправимо. Хотелось-бы конечно взглянуть на код самого парсера, что бы адекватно оценить стоимость и сроки правок
