Необходимо доработать текущего бота в телеграмм (логику), реализовать автоматическое создание групп по заданию, а затем залить его на работающий сервер.
У нас есть исходники по существующему боту, который, к сожалению, сейчас не имеет сервера, поэтому не работает
- Его надо разместить на сервере.
- Сделать доработки в логике, самое основное, это, чтобы он мог по завершению события создавать группы/каналы в телеграм и добавлял туда выбранных людей
